Executive Chef, Bruce Mosley, utilizes the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and imported. Recipes are simple and feature the highest quality ingredients available, like San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Italy, as well as cheeses and meats from Louisville and central Kentucky.
We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to add to our team as a Bartender to prepare beverages and/or serve food for the guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Includes, but not limited to:
At least 1-2 years experience with bartending at high volume bars and/or nightclubs. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments. Formal bartending training preferred. Must meet state legal age requirements. Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
Job requires the ability to perform the following:
