“Birra” and “Cibo” translated from Italian, mean “beer” and “food” respectively. We honor that namesake by showcasing the best regional craft beers, a diverse wine offering, as well as a menu specializing in Neapolitan artisanal pizzas. Executive Chef, Bruce Mosley, utilizes the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and imported. Recipes are simple and feature the highest quality ingredients available, like San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Italy, as well as cheeses and meats from Louisville and central Kentucky.
We are in search of experienced and professional individuals to become part of our team as a Cook to prepare meals in accordance with portion and quality standards sepcified in recipes.

At least on year experience of cooking on a fast paced kitchen line and food preparation experience. Culinary certified training preferred.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
