Executive Chef, Bruce Mosley, utilizes the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and imported. Recipes are simple and feature the highest quality ingredients available, like San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Italy, as well as cheeses and meats from Louisville and central Kentucky.
We are looking for a professional individual to join our team as a Dishwasher who would be responsible for properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
