We honor that namesake by showcasing the best regional craft beers, a diverse wine offering, as well as a menu specializing in Neapolitan artisanal pizzas. Executive Chef, Bruce Mosley, utilizes the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and imported. Recipes are simple and feature the highest quality ingredients available, like San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Italy, as well as cheeses and meats from Louisville and central Kentucky.
We are looking for an energetic and professional person to become a Host/Hostess who will provide our guests with an initial welcome to our venue whether greeting and seating them in person or speaking to them over the phone.
